That's right. It appears that I'm finally getting my ass in gear.
I'm down 20 pounds now, and do you know what that means? It means my arms slide into a few of my shirts without feeling tight and bound. It means I can bend over to put my shoes on, and the button on my waistband doesn't eat into my belly so much. It means I had to put my pajama jeans away because I was constantly pulling them up all weekend.
It means the world.
My world. A whole new one and I'm loving it.
Right now, I have a cinnamon donut and a cream-cheese frosted banana cupcake sitting on my desk (courtesy of two different co-workers) and I haven't touched them yet. In fact, I think I'm going to go put them in the breakroom for somebody else to gorge on. I had oatmeal and I'm pleasantly full and I keep looking at that chunky frosting on the cupcake and picturing the texture of my thighs. I see the bumps and clumps on that donut and imagine how it would looked shoved up my shirtsleeve, bulging and hanging down as I raise my arm.
The visualization thing helps. It helps a lot.
One of the tricks of the trade that seems to be working, so far. What little tricks help you?
Love it! Mazel Tov!
